You need WE card and discount coupon to get the rent discount, following two (2) easy steps:
STEP 1. Get your free WE membership cards and WE discount coupon.
    Fill and mail WE membership form to (we@ibces.com)
    You can expect to receive your WE card and discount coupon image by email within 2 days.
    Most WE members are from one of the following category.
     a) International students/scholars;
     b) Graduate students;
     c) Working professionals with college degree or oversea experience.
     If you are not a WE member yet, email us and see if you can get the free WE membership.
    If you need to get the discount later, you can request free WE discount coupon whenever you need, email with your name and/or WE card number to we@ibces.com.
STEP 2. Present your WE membership card and sign the lease with discount.
    Sign the lease at the rental office and present your membership and a valid WE discount coupon to get the following WE discount. If you are currently outside USA, please contact us to process the lease via email/fax.
