The
Village at Colbert Park (TVCP) is a new apartment complex in Savoy
IL, built in 2007 and 2008. This is one of the most luxurious and
comfortable community serving hundreds of UI students and scholars
and many working professionals.
Leasing:
12-month, lease per bedroom. You can choose your own roommate or
ask the rental office for roommate matching. 5-month leases
available for fall semester with monthly surcharge.
Private bedroom: Private bedroom, private bathroom, big
walk-in closet.
Shared space: Full-kitchen, washer and dryer,
Big Screen LCD TV in the living room.
Rent coverage: Rent covers everything (parking,
TV, Internet, shuttle bus, etc) except Electricity (about
$25~40/month)
Location: 3 miles south of UI campus. Near
Wal-Mart, Post Office, and a park. Two (2) shuttle buses to UI
every 20 minutes (7am~7pm Monday to Friday). Free MTD bus with UI
card.
Public
rent and WE discounted rate for 2009/2010.
1-bedroom: Public monthly rent ($735). WE rent ($603)
2-bedroom: Public monthly rent ($575). WE rent ($472)
3-bedroom: Public monthly rent ($470). WE rent ($385)
4-bedroom: Public monthly rent ($455). WE rent ($373)
Non refundable $200 decoration fee for each bedroom.
1-bedroom apartment can be occupied by two persons. One person per
bedroom in 2-, 3-, 4-bedroom apartments. Some 3-bedroom units are
available from now to July 2009. Visiting scholars who needs 6 or
12-months leases can also contact us to get the leases and
discount.
